Link tasks, employees, equipment and other items from the pre-configured database files. Automatically upload schedules. Link the job to a new or existing project. Automatically check for conflicts on all linked items.Get an instant job costing as soon as the job is created. Print invoices per job, client or project. Print detailed reports on all items, as well as various financial reports. Use Job Designer on a network with minimal setup procedures.
Job Designer will allow you to streamline your workflow, improving service to your clients by taking care of the entire scheduling and billing process.

Scheduling:
Room scheduling - including conference rooms, studios, classrooms etc.
Whether you manage studios, conference rooms or classrooms, Job Designer will help by allowing you to easily organize many events - and providing an intuitive way to link other items such as equipment or employees - and other items, with a few clicks of the mouse. Rooms are arranged in vertical columns and can be grouped into categories.

Employee / equipment scheduling - Get a quick overview of employee and equipment availability at any time by simply selecting the appropriate view. Employee and equipment events can be re-arranged in any of the scheduler views and also be cross-linked to any room.

Other Resources - Almost any item can be linked to all events, whether already available in the user defined database, or whether it's something that has to be linked 'on the fly', even file attachments! Events can also be grouped into projects for group invoicing and reporting purposes.

Installing the Job Designer scheduler is straightforward, and is completed in a couple of minutes, even on a network!

Job Designer Professional and Client/Server scheduling software packages can be used in a networked environment, making it possible for users with the necessary access rights to create bookings, print time sheets, view and edit all items, and use all other features available in the software.
