Elite NVR Video Coding Tool Description

Video security platform with recording, monitoring and face detection

The software has been designed as general product for surveillance hybrid platforms working simultaneously with wireless and wired IP webcams, Television-cards, capture cards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the identical form and functionality on the local and distant computers. Customers view MPEG-4 coded video and have full management of the software using net that surveillance station can be operated without monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Program`s modular structure extensively improves reliability because all modules operate as independent applications. If one part fails, other components continue working. For instance if the `record` component freezes, `watchdog` restarts it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are watching picture using a `playback` unit. The software performs `cyclic` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never occurs. The recording can be constant or it can be started by movement, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance computer as well as on remote workstation via Web interface.The software makes synchronized video playback for event examination from multiple cameras concurrently. Also recorded data can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
