It can personalize your e-mail messages to your recipients based on their name

Advanced Email-All is an ALL IN ONE application that can send bulk E-mails,receive E-mails and forward E-mails through SMS.. It also has a built-in Scheduler which can schedule e-mails and an in-built E-mail inbox which is capable of receiving E-mails from your POP3 and IMAP E-mail accounts.Additionally,it can personalize your e-mail messages to your recipients based on their name and forward your received E-mails as SMSs to your mobile phone.

Features and Specifications :

1. Sends fast bulk e-mails by default and is built totally multi threaded to work efficiently.
2. Messages can be personalized to each recipient.
3. A time delay can be set to slow down the speed of sending E-mails to avoid getting blacklisted by your SMTP server.
4. Retrieve E-mails from multiple E-mail accounts in one place through POP3 and IMAP.
5. Get your E-mails instantly sent to you as a text message to your mobile phone from any E-mail account.
6. Set Auto response for received E-mails.
7. Personalize the auto response content.
8. Schedule newsletters or E-mails to be sent daily. Scheduler works as a windows service and does not require the main application to remain open.
9. Use multiple E-mail addresses for sending E-mails.
10. Get read receipts for your sent E-mails.
11. Provide your recipients with an option to unsubscribe.
12. It includes an E-mail extractor which can extract e-mail addresses from websites.
13. Import contact list from hotmail/gmail/yahoo/rediff to send e-mails instantly.

15. Automatically get e-mails forwarded to another e-mail address
16. All basic E-mail settings such as changing SSL,Port number,etc are included.
