Alm Desk 2nd Edition Description

A program to manage laundry activities particularly cured for the simplicity of use

AlmDesk 2nd edition is a program to manage laundry activities (items reception and restitution, clients management, statistics) particularly cured for the simplicity of use; simply clicking on graphic images on screen develops the procedures for items reception and restitution; the operative procedure is intuitive and analogous to that used in manual compilation of receipts. AlmDesk 2ª edition maintains all functions already realized in 1st edition, adding those coming from the experience realized on our clients' requests. AlmDesk is used since 1995. In particular, AlmDesk 2nd edition adds client's register and prepaid cards to manage payments, statistics on items in process, per cent variations of prices, and much more.

AlmDesk 2ª edition is fully compliance with all Windows O. S. (Seven included), and run on Linux with Wine environment.

AlmDesk 2nd edition is immediately enable to change the language with a simple selection in option menu. Actually, English and Italian are available but everyone can translate AlmDesk messages in other language by simply writing a new file "NewLanguage.als".

Features:

* Added data export to "Office" and "Open Office", with full possibility to configure what export and activity periods that reporting to. In Office environment, data conversion is available practically in any format.
* Added transfer documents compilation, very useful when the enterprise acts with more collecting points and centralizes garments treatments. Fixed a period (usually one working day), a report of all acceptances with corresponding garments will be produced.
* Added summary invoices compilation, very useful to emit the invoice of all received items from a client or organization in a month or in a settled period.
* Added possibility to install program on a USB pen drive, easily portable without leaving any residue on computer. Subsequently, both program and all activity data could be used on every PC. This function grants the largest confidential and is very useful when collecting items nearby extern structures as, for instance, health resorts or aged centers. To such purpose, a notebook can be used.
* Improved process notes and fiscal receipts quality. Now printing a graphic factory logo and the operation barcode is possible too. A barcode on process note makes possible the items restitution by only reading it.
