Contacts
All your social contacts that exist in your groups like friends, colleagues, external employees or project members are available at all times in your contact list. Create ad hoc new groups via simple drag and drop. Use the messaging system for corporate adaptation, exchange and information supply within each of your group. Integrate all popular social networks if requested in the future.

Groups
The focus of amagno is on groups. In groups you manage your contents, magnets, stamps and much else. Create groups for organisation units, teams or projects. Invite participants into your groups via e-mails and profit from a fast, effective and decentral collaboration. All your group members are update regularly by messages.

Status messages
Inform your contacts about your current status. Whether you are in your office or working offline, whether you are in a phone conference or a meeting, even about your absence due to holiday or illness and define a substitute. With easy to use status messages you save your contacts and yourself unnecessary effort.

Aktive messages
Messages are one of the most interesting innovations in amagno. Write messages in each of your groups or annotate and evaluate other person's messages. Information about new contents, adaptions, edits and so on is automatically updated in the messaging system. Experience, how your company starts to live.

Magnets replace folder
Folders are rigid and inflexible storage places that generate redundance. Create magnets with defined rules. Your documents will then be automatically attracted by one or more magnets. With this procedure your filing organises itself automatically and you avoid unnecessary copies and redundance. Even better: from now on you don't have to click yourself through complex folder hierarchies for saving documents.

Personal workplace
Your safety zone: take contents in progress via drag and drop from the amagno workplace. When you finished your work, make the new version of the content available to your group via drag and drop again. If you use compound documents, all essential documents will be automatically copied to your workplace.

Hot key search
With the integrated and easy to use hot key search you find all essential contents smoothly and quickly, e.g. also in the text body of many formats. The hot key search works on your Windows PC, but also cross-system with defined keystroke combinations. Start the hot key search directly out of your daily applications, e.g. out of ERM, CRM or e-mail clients.

"Save as" out of applications
Open and save documents directly out of any application running. For this amagno provides you in your "my documents" on your PC with a new symbol. This symbol represents your amagno workplace directly in your file system.

Compound documents
In many sectors important documents refer to other documents, as in the construction sector. With amagno you combine documents hierarchically structured, so that you are provided with all essential documents irrespective of working in your company or offline.

Working offline
Your amagno workplace assists you also offline. Set your status message on "offline" and you can read and process your documents without any network connectivity conveniently via your amagno workplace. Potential collisions with other empoyee's adaptation are rescinded.

File preview
amagno creates preview files in png and pdf format for many file formats, e.g. Microsoft Office. Take a quick and easy look at documents With the help of file previews, without loading the files from the server and opening the files in an application. Addtitionally the preview graphiks are listet in an overview.

Toolbox
Control all operation possibilites for your contents with the toolbox. View and edit your contents, define rights for your groups, define rules for your magnets and much more. The toolbox offers you an easy access to all necessary operation possibilites and inhibits non-transparent dialoging. You see everything at first glance in the toolbox.

Rights
Access facilites of every group member are controlled via rights. amagno differentiates between reading, creating, editing, deleting and aministering. With simple drag and drop you controll and assign members and rights.

Manage versions
In amagno you controll whether contents are simply overwritten or made permanently replicable with versionising. With amagno versionising does not overwrite contents, but stores the prior version with an immutable version tracking number. You can view and restore old versions subsequently.

Recycle bin
Deletion of documents is controlled via rights. This inhibits accidental deletions of contents. You find all deleted documents in the comprehensive recycle bin. From there you can restore or permanently delete the documents.
