Awareness Description

Increase the awarness of time spent on computer

Awareness is an application that helps you become aware of time spent on the computer. It accomplishes this by playing the sound of a Tibetan singing bowl to mark every hour of continuous computer use. It also displays how long you've been using your computer without a break in the menu bar.

For example, if you use your computer for three hours without a break, you will hear the singing bowl ring once after the first hour, twice after the second hour, and three times after the third hour.

Awareness will never nag you or force you to stop using the computer. Just take a five-minute break whenever you are ready, and Awareness will sense it.

Awareness Limitations

You will only be asked to pay for it if you continue to use it for a few days.
