What is BlueMailCentral ?

BlueMailCentral is a hybrid post solution. You send your mail digitally, but the addressee receives a paper version. You can combine all the advantages of paper post with all the comforts of digital sending. The only thing left to do is prepare your letter or invoice as usual and print it to the BlueMailCentral printer. Our software retrieves the address in the document and sends the letter with the address through to our server. The server will sort the mail according to country and postal or zip code, and then your letter will be printed, inserted into the envelope and handed over to the local post authorities.

Sounds good, but why send my documents in paper form ?

An increasing number of companies and even private individuals opt for sending certain documents no longer by Email but by post. The fact is that an invoice or a letter of congratulations on paper carries more weight than an Email.
Moreover, an Email is easier to ignore than a ‘real letter’. The value of the printed black and white exceeds that of an Email, which is often equal to a scribble.
The majority of formal matters are committed to paper, and for good reasons too. Contracts sent digitally by both parties are more likely to be unexpectedly adapted than paper contracts. Especially longer contracts tend to induce revisions down to the last detail. Delivering the contract on paper will reduce this possibility significantly.
