Coode Compare++, CMPP for short, is a visual file comparison tool tailored for software programmers and web developers, which can compare text files and directories with terrific speed.

It provides many unique features for comparing source files. It is worth mentioning that structured comparison engine is introduced for source code comparison, in which Compare++ compares source files after thorough understanding of their code structures. It's helpful to get more precise comparison results and make code reviewing and merging more time-saving.

In order to detect code structure changes, Compare++ provides a dockable pane "Function View" to list all structure such as function, class or namespace changes(modified,removed,added). In the current version, the tool supports C/C++, Java and C# languages.

During code refactoring, programmers often need to compare some methods to find duplicate code. For example, what is the difference between virtual functions of a base class and her derived children? Using Compare++, the process will be more comfortable because it provides "Compare Sections..." feature for that.
