Fast, light and simple backup and synchronization tool

Create Synchronicity is a powerful and lightweight open source synchronization and backup tool developed in VB.Net, available in many languages.

Create Synchronicity is especially light: zipped, it weights about 100kB (that's less than a fifth of Yahoo's Home Page). It aims at making the backup process as easy as possible, and yet remains fully customizable.

Features

Create Synchronicity is packed up with useful features:

* Fully customizable synchronization, including:

o Limited synchronization: synchronize some folders only, or synchronize folders contents without synchronizing subfolders.
o Full regexp support for files inclusion/exclusion
o 3 synchronization methods:

+ Mirror
+ One-way incremental
+ Two-ways incremental

o File hashing
* (v3.5+) Full scheduling support (daily, weekly, monthly, at a particular time, etc.)
* Nice user interface
* Complete preview support
* Support for multiple profiles
* Fully portable: settings are stored in a single config file

* Advanced features:

o File hashing, various comparison options
o Time offsets, to compensate for wrong DST settings
o Loose timing: allow file time to differ by a few seconds
o Multiple file systems support (all the ones supported by Windows)
o (v3.5+) Native support for UCN (network) and relative paths
o For terminal/command line lovers: support for command-line arguments, allowing you to queue profiles, run silently, with optional preview display.
