Business Contact Management and CRM-Software unlike any other

CRM-Express Live is the exciting new on-demand CRM solution that works on a stand alone desktop, a local area network and/or the internet. It can be web-based or intranet-based or single-computer based.

The software is installed on a PC running a Windows Operating System capable of running Internet Information Server (IIS) 5 or later. Users can then access the system with various operating systems from almost anywhere with an Internet Browser.

CRM-Express Live is like having Microsoft Outlook 2010 with the following added features:

- Web based or Intranet based - It works on a stand alone pc, a local area network or the internet and is accessed by virtually and browser running on a pc, notebook, mobile phone or pad
- Multi-user capable and you do not need Microsoft Exchange Server
- Relational, i.e. Contacts, tasks, issues, calls, email etc. are linked together. This means that you can view all the information relating to a contact at a glance.
- Multi-language support with a language editor - you can change the language on the fly or edit a language
- Multi user calendars - Multiple users can share calendars. Calendar feature can also access Google shared calendars.
- Issues management - Help desk.
- Calls management
- Custom fields for Contacts - Add as many custom fields as you like. Custom fields are immediately available to all users.
- CRM-Express Live User management - The administrator can allocate rights to users to do specific tasks in specific sections.
- Easily enlarge/reduce font size

Mobility and Anywhere Access

CRM-Express Live can be operated with various operating systems from anywhere through the internet or local area network with a browser. There are two modes to access it - Through a frames capable browser from a pc or laptop or by accessing the smaller text interface from an internet capable cell phone.

Fast and easy installation and deployment

Only one installation is required on a Windows Operating System server running IIS5 or later. Users will access the system from various operating systems through the internet or local area network with a browser.

Fast and easy administration

Users can easily be added or removed by the administrator through a browser. User Rights to specific areas can easily be added or removed by the administrator.

Flexible and easy to use

CRM-Express Live was designed to be easy to operate. The administrator can set users only to specific areas of the program and only the applicable sections will be shown to the user.

Fast access and operation

CRM-Express Live was designed to be fast to learn and operate. Much time was spent to source a fast reliable database and to make screens easy to read and operate. CRM-Express Live outperforms all CRM Software programs that we know of.

Fast and easy upgrading

Only one program has to be upgraded when a new version is released. The upgrade time required would depend on the speed of the machine and the volume of data. A typical upgrade would only take a few minutes.

Most browsers are supported

Most modern browsers like Internet Explorer 6 (and later), Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc. can access the program through the local area network or internet. Any new generation mobile phone capable of browsing on the internet can also be used. New generation devices like the Apple IPad and Sumsung Galaxy Pad can also be used for access.

Any internet capable cell phone access

There is a text interface with lower functionality to accommodate internet capable cell phones or handhelds with limited browing capability.

Full control over your data

You decide where your data is stored. You can store your data on your intranet or on a remote server at your ISP. We do not host your data, you do.

Software as a service has its benefits but also its drawbacks. What happens if you cannot afford to pay for the service in the next year or if something happens to your software service provider? Your business can come to a grinding halt when critical application software like CRM cease to function.

With CRM-Express Live you can keep your business running if you have an off-site software and data backup. You purchase a software license that does not force you to pay for it recurrently. There is a yearly maintenance fee in case you need support and software updates but you are not forced to pay it. The software will not stop working if you don't opt for the maintenance fee.

Only one program has to be administered and maintained. The user administration section was designed to quickly and easily provide rights for users to specific areas.

Lower maintenance cost

There is a maintenance/support fee of one third of the original user fee if you need support and software upgrades for the year after original purchase. You do not need to purchase it if you do not want updates or support.

Lower cost of ownership

The program is inexpensive compared to other CRM offerings and you can start with only one user and add more as your requirements grow. The cost per user is a once off fee. The lower software cost, lower training cost, lower administration cost, lower maintenance cost and lower hardware requirements can result in huge savings.
