DriveSentry features a unique patented drive firewall technology that monitors applications writing to your drives. The firewall can automatically allow trusted (whitelisted) programs and block Viruses and other malware. This technology protects you from the latest threats by allowing good applications and files to have access and blocking bad ones.
DriveSentry not only puts a firewall around your drives but also monitors and protects important system settings which malicious programs can modify. DriveSentry can allow whitelisted applications access and automatically block malicious applications even if they are brand new zero day threats.
DriveSentry also protects any removable device from malicious attack by Viruses. DriveSentry will only allow trusted applications to write to your device preventing even brand new threats from damaging your files. Ideal to protect your data on media players and USB drives.
