Easy Picture Notes Description

Easily add pointers and notes to your pictures, making them more informative

Easy Picture Notes is a Windows program that allows you to place pointers and notes (or labels) in your pictures (including JPGs, JPEGs, GIFs and PNGs). All you have to do is point with your mouse to the place where you want your pointer and type in a note. Easy Picture Notes adds the pointer and a white border around your picture so that the notes can be easily read.
