Excel to PDF .Net is a standalone component which allows any .Net application get professional export of Excel XLS files and Excel binary data to PDF.

Excel to PDF .Net is designed to be used with any of the .NET supported languages like C#, VB.NET and J# etc. Our component can be used with any kind of application whether it's an ASP.NET Web Application or a Windows Desktop Application.

General Functions

Our component is just a class library for developers, but with powerfull abilities of exporting any XLS (Excel document) to PDF.

It supports converting of XLS to PDF with:

* Full font and text formatting: colors, face, size, bold, italic, underline, strike, superscript, subscript
* Export of spreadsheets with borders to PDF table preserving colors, line type and background
* Hyperlinks and ancors
* Special characters
* Multiple worksheets
* Various cell types: strings, numbers, dates, floating point
* Merged cells, row and cell width and height
* Formulas
* XLS files protected by password
* Export Excels files and streams to PDF files and streams

.Net library to convert/export Excel to PDF, XLS to PDF, spreadsheet to PDF under ASP.Net using C# or VB.Net

What you can adjust in XLS to PDF conversion using components properties:

* Specify to convert a whole Excel workbook or some spreadsheets
* Specify page parameters for produced PDF document: page size, orientation, margins
* Put page numbers

Platform Independence

The Excel to PDF .Net requires only .Net 1.1 or higher platform. Using the Excel to PDF .Net you can easily create any type of a 32-bit or 64-bit .NET application including ASP.NET, Web Services and WinForms . Our .Net assembly is Multi-Platform component, you may use it to build your application with Mono platform for Linux and Mac (http://www.mono-project.com).

* Absolutely standalone, you will need to include only "SautinSoft.XlsToPdf.dll" into your application
* No other dependencies
* Reads XLS files and writes PDF directly
* Does not require installed Microsoft Excel® or any other software
* Works on any .Net platform (.Net 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 etc)
* Works with Windows and even with Linux and Mac (thanks to Mono project http://www.mono-project.com)
* Has great abilities to adjust an output PDF as you wish
* Small size of dll file
