EZPZ Landlord Description

Software designed for landlords who manage their own properties

Landlord 5 has all the standard accounting software features you would expect from computerised bookkeeping software, such as:
Sales ledger
Create printable invoices and credit notes, batch entry of invoices and credit notes, bad debt write-off, refunds, unpaid item processing and credit control.
Purchase ledger
Detailed supplier accounts, batch entry of invoices and credit notes, remittance advice printing and full reporting.
Nominal ledger
Full nominal ledger with transaction history available on all nominal accounts, journal entries, trial balance and full reporting.
Bank reconciliation
Reconcile any bank account. Reconciled transactions are saved with the date of the bank statement the transaction appeared on making error checking easy.
VAT analysis
Full UK VAT accounting and reporting.

Automated entries
Used to save time posting transactions that occur regularly such as standing orders and direct debits. They can also cater for repeat invoicing and journal entries.
Prepayments and accruals
Split non-monthly expenditure on a monthly basis to produce accurate monthly management accounts.

Record property features and amenities
Allocate income and expenditure to any property
Store unlimited pictures of each property
Create property inventories with unlimited pictures
Add enquiries to the Waiting List
Create reminders for rent reviews, property inspections, safety checks, etc.
Create jobs and projects to record repair and maintenance work
Record mortgage and insurance details
Record utility provider details and meter readings
Gas and electricity safety certificates
Energy Performance Certificates
Record details of keys in and out
Free on-line advertising of properties via Surf4aProperty portal

Supports single or multiple tenant occupancy (HMO)
Fixed and variable term tenancies supported
Residential lets or Commercial leases
Rents can be charged for any frequency, including user-defined ones
Unlimited funding types to cater for housing benefit, service charges, etc.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme recording, internal and external
Store full tenant details including previous and forwarding addresses
Store tenant's guarantor and next of kin details
Automated credit control for batch production of statements, reminders, etc.
Tenant standing order records for quick posting of receipts from bank statements

Reports
Includes a wealth of reports including profit and loss, balance sheet and VAT Return
All reports can be printed or output as a Word document, PDF file or Excel worksheet
All reports can be emailed

Other
Supports multiple businesses, each in its own separate folder
Windows Vista compatible
Extensive built-in help system
Can be used as a standalone program or on any Windows-based LAN (local area network)

Requirements

To run Landlord 5 you will need:

a PC running Microsoft Windows XP®, Windows 2000® or Windows Vista®
A mouse
Microsoft Word® installed on your system if you want to print tenancy documents
64 Mb RAM. 128 Mb RAM is recommended if you want to print tenancy documents via Microsoft Word®.
Approximately 30 Mb free space on your hard drive for the program, plus additional space for your data
