File Share Collector Administrator Description

Allows you to create profiles to transfer them to the web site

For files and documents located on your desktop, laptop, or shared network drive, this product allows you to create profiles to transfer them to the web site.

- A profile includes the following: Category - Group name given to documents that will appear on the web site. Each category has a one-to-one relationship to a folder on your computer.
- Upload Folder - Folder associated with a category.
- Delete Folder - Folder associated with a category.
- Start Display - You can identify when you want documents to be available on the web site
- Stop Display - You can identify when you want documents to be removed the web site
- Approval Email - If documents require approval before making their way to the web site, an email address can be supplied. This email address will be used to send approval notices which allow documents to be approved by any mobile device with web access.
