Known Bugs and Problems

GOM Encoder does not guarantee 100% conversion rate for all the video formats and problems like below might occur.

* Some cell phones have problems with video play function and might not be able to properly play videos encoded with GOM Encoder.
* Some damaged videos can be played well with video/media players but when encoded, the encoded file might contain an A/V synch problem.
* Bookmark function might not operate properly when converting some WMV files.
* Due to the influences of codecs installed on the computer, the program might experience an unexpected shut down or the video might not be converted.
