Your computer accumulates a lot of information about you, your habits and personal stuff, like your VISA digits. And it doesn’t take a computer genius to access this information while you are away. History Killer Pro is designed to help you protect your privacy from snoops, jealous partners and hackers. With just a few mouse clicks, you can erase your internet tracks, which are stored in browser cache, cookies, Internet history, as well as wipe away autocomplete passwords and Web certification. What’s more, you can erase the details of your computer usage: Windows temporary files, deleted files in Recycle Bin, MS Office temporary files, scandisk file fragments, prefetch files and much more. If a snoop or hacker sneaks into your computer for your personal stuff, it just won’t be there.

Erase data selectively
History Killer Pro lets you choose the items to erase selectively. Let’s say, for example, you want to erase all tracks related to Facebook. Just scan the browser directories and then enter “www.facebook.com” into the Search field. The program will find all links with this string in the scan results, so that you can erase them all together.

Erase sensitive data safely
Using History Killer Pro, you have a one hundred percent fool-proof way to erase data safely. The program provides a choice of 5 secure deletion options. By default, History Killer Pro is set to normal file deletion. However you can choose to use Simple Overwrite in 1 pass, DoD 5220.22-M in 3 / 7 passes, or Peter Gutmann algorithm, which overwrites data in 35 passes, rendering it totally unrecoverable even for professional forensic tools.

History Killer Pro supports all popular browsers, including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Chrome. It extracts all data collected or downloaded by the browser automatically and allows you to choose what to erase. The program also erases data related to Windows Media Player, Paint, WordPad, Microsoft Office 2007/2003 and Adobe Flash Player. By erasing application usage, you protect yourself from information leakages too.

Schedule data erasure for automated removal
Using the scheduler, you can use History Killer Pro to erase data in the completely automated manner. The program can be set to clean selected targets on Windows start, or erase Internet activity when you close the browser. For example, you can schedule the program to wipe away all cookies, address bar history, temporary files, autocomplete passwords and other data automatically on exit from Internet Explorer.

Create an exclude list
The program allows you to create a list of items that will be excluded from the erasure process. For example, you can add Facebook to the list to exclude Facebook login, cookies and cache from removal.
