i-Newsletter.NET provides a handy way to manage your mailing list and publish personalized newsletter through email. i-Newsletter.NET is built on the Microsoft Windows platform using the ASP.NET framework. The 100% web based system facilitates you to access the system round the clock, around the world.

Choice of Database
Support using MS SQL Server or MS Access as the database.

Flexible Installation
i-Newsletter.NET can be installed in your own server, or installed in shared hosting environment.

Multiple Domains
Support multiple domains. Each domain can have its own administrator, users, policies, mailing list, newsletters, SMTP/POP3 servers, etc. i-Newsletter.NET ensures that user of a domain cannot access the information or data of another domain.

Personalized Newsletter
Merge designated personal information into the message body when i-Newsletter.NET compiling the newsletter.

Unicode Support
Support composing newsletter of various character encoding (e.g. UTF-8).

Open and Click Through Rate
Automatically monitor the newsletter open rate and click through rate on each link. Provide real-time enquiry showing the links that a subscriber has clicked, as well as the subscribers that clicked a specific link.

Bounce Back Handling
Automatically handle the bounce back email and determine whether the bounce back nature (e.g. hard bounce or soft bounce). Support removing subscriber having bounce back frequency exceeds threshold.

System Security
Incorporate lots of system security features to fulfil your internal requirements. These features include audit trail on record add/change/delete, customized logon/password policies, segregation of duties, etc.

Confirmed Opt-In
Support both 'Single Opt-In' and 'Confirmed Opt-In'. i-Newsletter.NET also allows you to remove the 'unconfirmed' subscribers after a pre-defined duration.

Mass Upload
Support importing subscribers and their subscriptions via Excel spreadsheet. Reports are generated showing the upload result.

In case you find that wrong records are imported, i-Newsletter.NET allows you to remove the selected subscribers email stored in a Excel spreadsheet, or simply remove all imported subscribers of a specific upload batch.

Robust Search
Search function is available in nearly all screens covering all data fields. You can specify the searching criteria of the field(s) and i-Newsletter.NET will locate the records for you.

Newsletter Scheduler
Deliver newsletter at your pre-set date and time. You may compose and place the newsletter to the ready queue at your convenience, and the i-Newsletter.NET will then automatically deliver it at your desired time e.g. Sunday mid-night.

Extract Newsletter from Web Page
Support fetching the contents of newsletter from an URL. You may then apply some touch-ups to the contents in the built-in editor.

Send Personalized Newsletter to Subscriber in both HTML and Text
Support sending newsletter to a subscriber in text only, HTML only or both HTML and text.

Create Mailing List using Subset of Subscribers
A mailing list can be created by importing subscribers based on your searching criteria. For example, you may import the subscribers who have subscribed a newsletter over 1 year to a designated mailing list.
