IncaMS Description

Internet Cafe Management System - IncaMS

Some Features:

* Pre-paid and Post-paid
The walk-in customer can use the internet and pay, where pre-paid is for the regular customers, making it easier for them to access. What makes our prepaid better than the others is that you can add terminals outside the preset Terminal range. These can be computers located in cubicles providing workspace to independent small business persons. All they need is their login information provided with their purchase of internet time.

* Cash Drawer, Slip Printer and Barcode Scanner
We have added three of the can't Go with outs of a good POS.
The Slip printer is substituted with the default installed printer in case
a slip is not installed. The Cash Drawer ...and barcode support for stock items.

* 30 Different Charge Methods
This option allows for you to let the client open completely
or just display a preset folder or website. This allows the business
to provide a wider variety of services of different value

* 50 Terminals and a Cash Sale
The computer might handle more, but the staff member won 't.
Each Terminal has a trolley, which provides the option to sell
something to the customer while they use the services.

* Terminal Timer
IncaMS has a terminal timer to remind the staff member of a requested time limit.(Only available on Post-paid option). This will sound a preset sound file. and display a message on the server.
The timer can close the terminal automatically if enabled.

* Checkout
With each Checkout the totals are calculated and the Shift total adjusted.

* Float and Cash up Calculator
Based on the system most major banks use, a float calculator was added to ensure the float entered into the cash drawer in the beginning of each shift is correct. This ensures that indescrepencies does not occur when the cash is counted. It also calculates if money was short or over for the shift. This is done with the cash up as well.
The Cash up Calculator then in turn calculates the complete shift Income.
The User is provided with a Printout providing all these totals.

* Security Editor
This ensures that staff does not fiddle with options they should not see or use.

* Logging
Several Logs are being kept by Incams. These include staff movement, Transactions, Adjustments, and more...

* Manual Print reading
Since most printers have the option to display the total of prints to date, this option lets the user enter the reading when logging in and when cashing up.
This will display the math on the Cash up sheet.

* COD's and Payouts
COD 's and Payouts can be logged with the server, The Payout option subtracts the totals entered from the shift total and logs the information. These totals are also displayed on the Cash up Sheet.

* Client Editor
The Client Editor allows for the client to be created to suit the business needs, advertise in-store specials or surrounding businesses or just decorate.

* Desktop Shell
IncaMS can be set to run as the default shell on the server. This will disable all Windows access.
Except those granted by IncaMS.

* Wages
In Security Editor is a new option that has been added to keep record of the staff hours
worked; this will calculate the preset wages and provide a total. Basically Print a Pay slip
