Anti-virus protection
Dual anti-virus control provides administrators with the ability to use both the integrated McAfee Anti-Virus and one of several external virus scanning products (Avast, AVG, eTrust, NOD32, Sophos, Symantec, and Clam AV) for stronger protection.

Anti-spam protection

Email, Calendaring and Collaboration
As a Microsoft Exchange alternative, Kerio MailServer provides access to shared calendars, shared contacts and email from Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Entourage, and Kerio WebMail, while delivering lower TCO and a better overall email management experience for SMBs.

Kerio WebMail & Kerio WebMail Mini
Two different web-based email clients, one with the look and feel of Microsoft Outlook and the other optimized for viewing email on PDA devices, provide users with both comfort and speed while working from most modern web browsers, including Safari and Firefox.

Kerio MailServer runs on Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista, server and non-server editions, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux and Mac OS X. Kerio Outlook Connector for Microsoft Outlook runs on Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista. Kerio MailServer also comes in a Fedora Core 6 virtual appliance

VMware Virtual Appliance
Kerio MailServer VMware Virtual Appliance comes with CentOS 5.2 pre-installed.
Requires VMware Player or VMware Workstation or VMware ESX Server.
Kerio MailServer Administration Console is available in English, Czech, Slovak, German, Italian, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified). The language can be switched in Administration Console's user interface.

Kerio Active Directory Extension

Kerio Active Directory Extension must be installed on Active Directory server.

Kerio Open Directory Extension

Kerio Open Directory Extension must be installed on Apple Open Directory server.

Microsoft Outlook with Kerio Outlook Connector (with offline caching) Kerio Outlook Connector will work with the following Microsoft Outlook clients:

For Microsoft Outlook 2000 users: Kerio Outlook Connector (without offline caching)
Kerio Outlook Connector (without offline caching) will work with the following Microsoft Outlook clients:

Microsoft Outlook must run on Windows 2000 (SP4), Windows XP (SP2 or SP1, 32-bit edition only), Windows Server 2003 (SP2 or SP1, 32-bit edition only), or Windows Vista (Home, Business, Enterprise or Ultimate editions, 32-bit editions only). Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher must be present.

Kerio Outlook Connector and Kerio Outlook Connector (without offline caching) are available in English, Czech, German, Italian, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Polish, Hungarian, Croatian, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified). The language is set according to Outlook.

Microsoft Entourage
Microsoft Entourage does not require any additional software to be installed on the client. The following versions of Entourage are supported:

Microsoft Entourage must run on Mac OS X 10.3.9, 10.4 or 10.5.

Kerio Sync Connector for Mac
