Mail Print Description

Print your emails automatically with Mail Print

Automatically print your emails with Mail Print from any standard POP3 or IMAP account. Mail Print runs without any user interaction, just set it up and leave it to check your mail on a regular interval and print out any new messages.

POP3 and IMAP
Mail Print supports POP3 and IMAP protocols allowing you to connect to most mail servers including Google Mail.

Windows Service
Mail Print runs in the background as a Windows service making it robust. Install it on a local PC or on a server in your datacentre.

Rules
Apply rules to your incoming messages so you only print want you want, ignore everything else. Filter on From, To and Subject headers and the content of the message.

Secure
Secure connections to your mail server keep your messages and email accounts safe. Mail Print works alongside your existing anti-virus and anti-spam protection.

Multiple accounts
Poll as many email accounts and print to as many printers as you need, Mail Print has no limits.

Actions
Actions make Mail Print flexible, configure each account to print messages, attachments, delete messages, run external programs, play sounds or save messages to file.
