MidiWorks GM Description

Advanced midi file editor designed for mastering and revoicing

After starting and opening a midi file the program is showing midi events in the form of the list. Every midi event you can edit, move, remove from the file or add to the midi file.
The standard GUI interface is making the program is extremely easy for users. Karaoke and midi files can be opened using drag and drop. The browser and the set of filters are helping to locate the sought midi events.

MidiWorks has several features and tools to midi file processing according to your preferences. Well suited for mastering, transposition, and change GM voice to XG, GM2 and panel voice YAMAHA (Sweet!, Cool!, Live!, MegaVoice!, Super Articulation!), KORG (RX, DNC) and voice editing (Attack, Decay, Release, Vibrato, CoutOff, Resonanse).
With the help of MidiWorks amazingly quickly and in the simple way you will add the text to your midi file, but also you can print, correct, change and you will export to text file (*.txt).

Multi editor

This is a tool serving for editing, removing and adding of events the Control Change, Program Change and Pitch Whell, as well as adding and deleting notes. "Multi editor" superbly is suitable for a change of Voice on channel, on which he is a lot of instruments (many events Program Change).. Additionally "Multi editor" was equipped with the "range song editor" (copy, delete song range). Visualisation "note events", "Control Change", "Program Change" and "Pitch Whell" is helping chose place, for copying or removing the range of song. Function Undo will move the last change a back.

Karaoke editor

This is an advanced tool allocated for edit Lyric events, responsible for showing the text of the song and also Chord Name events. With the use of this tool with ease you will add, you will change, you will copy, you will move, you will remove, you will print as well as you will synchronize the text with the melodic line and also equip your song in the Chord Name messages. Editor was equipped into automatic dividing the text to syllables in Polish and English language.

Part editor

Enables the change of such parameters of sound as: Attack, Decay, Release, Vibrato (Depth, Delay, Rate), CutOff, Resonance, Voice choice and Velocity modify. Window Edit part No. for drums of channel treats every note as a separate percussion instrument, so you can edit a specific drum (Velocity, Transpose). If you want change the selected percussion instrument to another percussion instrument, use the buttons T+ and T- (eg snare drum E1 to the snare drum D1).

Super Revoice

Tool with great potential, after appropriate configuration to your liking, will automatically change the voice (GM to Panel), will set the reverb and chorus, and also will set the midi file volume level without distortion and clipping. Two-level revoicing of melodic channels provides the automatic, unique swap GM voice to panel voice.
