myTuneSync keeps all of your music and video files in sync across all of your computers

If you're like a lot of people, you live in a house with more than one computer. If you use iTunes, that means your music and video library can be spread out all over the place. That song you imported on your desktop computer isn't on your laptop and that TV show your husband purchased on his laptop isn't on your desktop computer. While iTunes provides a way for you to enjoy music from another computer, it doesn't help you copy that music to other approved devices. Enter myTuneSync!

Simply put, myTuneSync keeps all of your music and video files in sync across all of your computers. Plus, myTuneSync has:

You can easily set myTuneSync to automatically run on a schedule -- daily, weekly or monthly. That way, you don't have to remember when you imported that CD or purchased that last album from the iTunes Music Store.

Control What Gets Sync'd Where

What if your wife has a bad Hannah Montana habit? What if your son has a bunch of music you consider noise? Then just filter it out. myTuneSync offers a flexible track selection system that lets you include or exclude music by album, album rating, artist, bit rate, BPM, comments, disc number, disc count, genre, kind, name, play count, rating, size and year. It also offers some pre-built filters that make syncing even easier. Relax, that precious hard drive space (and your ears) are safe.

And Playlists Too

Playlists are a great way of organizing your music. Milk crates full of LPs isn't a bad way either, but I digress. Anyway, myTuneSync lets you sync your playlists too. And just like tracks, you can use filters to include or exclude playlists by name or size. Neat!

And Metadata Too?!

iTunes lets you customize your music collection by setting things like equalizer presets and ratings and it also keeps track of how many times and when you last played a track. So myTuneSync lets you keep all of that stuff (metadata) in sync as well. But we don't stop there! You can choose if and when to sync each piece of metadata, like only if it is not currently set or only if it has increased. Smooth.

Networking Made Simple

myTuneSync uses Apple's Bonjour zero-configuration networking. Huh? This means you won't have to fumble around looking for IP addresses to get connected to your computers. Just click the (add) button and myTuneSync will show all available computers on your network. Click one, add to your bookmarks, and Shazaam!

Someone Call Security

Maybe you don't live in a house with other people you trust. Maybe you're in a college dorm. So maybe you don't want just anyone to have access to your music. No sweat. Just set a password in myTuneSync and no one can get at your stuff without your permission.

One Application to Rule Them All

If you have more than two computers, well, you're a geek. But that's beside the point. myTuneSync allows you to synchronize as many computers as you want. Just install it on each computer and then set each one to synchronize with the rest. And since both Macs and PCs are supported, you can use all the computers you have.
