PC SMS Gateway Server Description

Send and receive large number of SMS using multiple GSM/UMTS device connected to PC

Features:

* Send SMS from PC using connected GSM device.
* Support long SMS up to 2000 character/SMS
* Support send SMS using standard character, ANSI character or Unicode Character (character in foreign language such as Arabic, Japanese,Chinese, etc).
* Support using up to 5 device.*1)
* Send SMS up to 6 SMS per minute per device in GSM network and Send SMS up to 18 SMS per minute per device in UMTS network. For example, if using 5 device in UMTS network send SMS up to 90 SMS per minute.
* Received SMS and Send SMS is stored on SQL Database. Easy to integrate with other application and save storage just in case the power failure.
* Support auto reply feature based by keyword and sender filter.
* Support schedule on sending SMS.
* Support interval on sending SMS.
* Searching SMS based on sender, recipient, message and created date. *2)
* Support running SMS gateway server as Windows Service.

* Notes:

1. The maximum number of device is limited by PC system performance. Using 5 device is assumption that the PC system is pentium 4 @2 GHz with 512 MB ram , using MS Access database and total record of SMS table is less than 50.000 row. The number of device itself is not limited.

2. Searching SMS when using Oracle database is case sensitive.

System Requirements
Operating System :

Windows 2000 all editions, Windows XP all editions, Windows 2003 all editions, Windows Vista all editions.
GSM/UMTS Device:

* Phone or modem:

1. Support send and receive SMS in PDU mode .
2. Attached active SIM card for connected to the GSM Network.
3. Connected to PC either using serial cable, USB cable, Bluetooth, or Infra red (IrDA).

SQL Database:

* MS Access (DefaultDatabase) version 2000 or above.
* My SQL 5 or above
* MS SQL 2000 or above
* MS SQL Express
* Oracle 9 or above
* The Database Table SQL Script available on the installer.
