Prepare your quotes, invoices and costing effortlessly with ROBO Print Job Manager. This software provides all the tools you need to cost your jobs quickly and create all your paperwork. Everything is fully customizable - costs, settings, tax and paperwork templates. Extremely easy to use Windows interface.

ROBO Print Job Manager is a powerful, yet not over the top costing/estimating solution for small printing businesses. Up to 6 different sub jobs (i.e business cards, letterheads, envelopes) can be processed per client order. Quotes can be prepared with up to 3 different run quantities, and the cost for each of these quotes is changed instantaneosly by changing the stock, press, binding method etc. Once a quote progresses to a job, one of the chosen quote quantities can be selected, and the costing reflects these costs.

With the software up to 12 different customized documents can be created using variables from the quotes and jobs.

ROBO Print Job Manager can help your company by reducing the amount of time taken in estimating, quoting and preparing customized documents i.e. Invoices, Job Sheets, & Quotes.
