With Sentry Parental Controls: Total Family Protection parents can track every instant message (IM) conversation, website visited and application used on their child’s computer. Parents can also control the amount of time their child can use the computer and connect to the Internet. Parents can even control their child’s keyboard and mouse, transfer files, lock and even reboot the computer – from anywhere.

Control Access To Any Website

Sentry Total Family Protection is able to filter and block any website with inappropriate content. Sentry enables parents to select, from a list of categories, the type of content to block. From pornography to social networking sites, Sentry offers you full parental control.

When Sentry finds that a specific user has been behaving inappropriately Sentry will send the parent either an email or a text-message alerting them of the inappropriate activity. Dependent upon the settings, Sentry can block the website from being seen, take a screenshot of the website, or take no action at all.

Monitor & Control Instant Messages

Finally a parental control software product that monitors both side’s of your child’s instant message conversations. With Sentry Parental Controls: Total Family Protection, Parents have full control of how Sentry should react when their child participates in an inappropriate chat conversation.

When inappropriate chat is encountered, a parent can choose if they want Sentry to replace the negative word with asterisks, block the message from being seen, close the instant messenger window, or take no action. Sentry can even send you either an email or a text message alerting you of the specific user and computer that caused the violation.

Sentry brings TIVO-like recording to parental control software. Parents can define specific times of the day they would like Sentry to record in their child’s computer activity.
