SharePath is an innovative Business Transaction Management (BTM) platform that monitors and tracks all transactions of an application in real-time. SharePath helps you manage application performance and ensure reliability by automatically detecting and tracing each business transaction path, from a click in the browser through all its hops across data center tiers. This provides unprecedented birds-eye view and detailed visibility to rapidly pinpoint and solve performance problems from a business perspective.

SharePath records and analyzes each transaction activation on your system and provides a complete view of the user experience (Real User Monitoring) throughout your infrastructure. SharePath's advanced Business Service Analytics tool can be used for rapid root cause analysis in high volume production environments as well as during development and pre-production. Key SharePath capabilities include:

* Know exactly where a transaction is getting stuck or slowing down in the data center before end-users feel there is a problem.
* Trace workload, response times, payloads (HTTP requests, SQL statements, etc.) and throughputs on each tier to the originating user and transaction instance.
* Be notified when a business transaction (i.e. “Move money from account A to account B”) does not meet or is about not to meet defined SLAs.
* Understand the correlation of end-users, business transactions, logical components, servers, tiers and applications.
* Monitor in real time the health of all transactions associated with a particular service or line of business (online banking, claim processing, new accounts…)
* Understand the impact of application or infrastructure changes on transactions.
* Monitor the efficiency of the load-balancing of each and every tier.
* Track compliance and security risks and violations.
* Manage all virtual server and their physical hosts as are dynamically changed.
