SUNRISE Contacts Description

An effective contacts and general information management solution

SUNRISE Contacts is an effective contacts and general information management solution produced under the FileMaker Pro runtime platform (ie. you don't need FileMaker Pro to run this software). Manage all visual and auditory info types in unlimited quantities. Includes orders and invoice creation, label printing on the most popular commercial paper stock, send bulk emails, document archive, and much more. We will also develop and add lookup databases to this product to suit your needs.

Features

* Store any number of telephone numbers, email and web addresses, street/postal addresses, photos, movies, sounds, labels, documents (faxes, notes, letters etc), memos, messages and to do items for every individual or company in any record.

* Create and print labels (standard types such as business cards, mailing address etc, to the very small and large vertical and horizontal types). Create tickets (with ticket number generator), brochures, flyers or anything your imagination can conjure up.

* Web browser built into every database with automatic web page loading for all stored web addresses (ie. never re-type your favourite web addresses again!).

* Records presented in the efficient list-based view with keyboard commands for faster navigation workflows.

* Calendar for organising memos, messages, to do events. Financial amounts summarised as daily amounts on the calendar in either paid or unpaid format.

* Automatic postcode lookups for various countries.

* Multiuser version (together with one copy of FileMaker Server or Pro) gives you access to your data through any web browser, or with FileMaker Pro available to clients the databases can be served on the standard FileMaker Pro network. SPECIAL FEATURE: FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server Advanced will generate a near perfect recreation of all layouts on a web browser as well as access to data in the fields of the layouts.

* Attractive "common database platform" design makes it a breeze to use on all databases.

* Built-in security features including the ability to stop guest users (in multiuser mode) from accidentally deleting and exporting records and modifying existing information (except the general notes); encryption/decryption of all text fields (requires Troi Encryptor Plug-in, or choose your own and we will incorporate it into the database); password authentication system; and an environment detection system for preventing people from copying and running your database on another computer without your consent.

* Not affected by Microsoft viruses (useful when receiving emails and creating new documents through this database software).

* Built-in instructions, speech and tool tips to help you use this software like a pro.
