It is possible to pass file from local filesystem to Textanz, as well as provide the URL to download web-page and extract text.

* Various result presentation.

After scanning the text, Textanz gives you results in the form of sorted list. You can perform bi-directional sorting by any column (lexem, length, frequency). In addition you can quickly highlight occurrences of given word or phrase in original text.

* Plaform-independent, wide charset support.

Textanz 3.x is written in Java and can be run on any OS that supports JVM 1.6+. Unicode encoding allows to analyse text in any language.
