Tcl-based Incan Abacus emulator
Tk-Yupana is a simple program written in Tcl/Tk, that emulates the operations of the ancient Incaic abacus, drawn at page 360 of Primer Nueva Coronica y Buen Gobierno by Felipe Guaman Poma de Ayala.
There are two competitive algorithms: the base 10 algorithm suggested by Eng. W. Burns Glynn (that is still used nowadays in some educational projects in rural Andean villages), and on the other hand, the 40 base algorithm proposed by Eng. De Pasquale.
Both the algorithms have been implemented in Tk-Yupana.
