Trace11 Description

Organize your Files, Images, Video, Data, Charts and much more

Trace11 stores data via Notebooks. You create a notebook for each subject you want to collect data. For example, if you want to store all the images, videos and "feelings" about you holidays just create a notebook called my Holidays or something like that, add the proper Data-Containers, name them and you are ready to go.

If you need to save data for your Sport training, just create a new notebook, give it a name My training and add data-containers to collect the data you want, in few clicks you are ready to work. You can create notebooks for your Health, or one Notebook for each single problem. Even for your kids or for your pets to record all the vaccinations, Veterinary visit and whatever you want.

Flexible
In each Notebook you decide what to record. By Adding Data-Containers you can decide which data and what type of data you want to collect. If you want to collect 3 videos in your notebook every time you record something just add 3 videos data-containers. If you want to add images add Images Data-Containers, for Files use file Data-Containers and so on.

Artistic
You decide the most convenient layout for the data-containers on your notebooks following your preferences. The layout can be easily changed any time you want, nothing is fixed. Freedom first! And the Data-Containers style can be changed as well to suit your taste!

Powerful
Many different kind of Data-Containers are available to Collect: Text, RichText, Hyperlinks/Email-address, Calendar with note for each Day, Lists, Icons, IconList, TreeText, Tree, Tables, Videos, Ratings, CheckBoxes, Charts, Files and Formulas to run calculation on the numeric data in each Notebooks. And you can add as many Data-Containers as you want.

Intelligent
Data are collected in one way but can be displayed truly in an infinite number of ways.

In trace11, to insert data for each specific subject, you create a specific input-Notebook. But Trace11 is intelligent enough to allow you to create Display-NoteBooks.

Display-Notebooks get data from Input-Notebooks and display them in a completely different way, for example with a different layout, with different Data-Containers size, or by omitting some data. Data can be grouped inside amazingly flexible tables or if they are numbers also inside charts. You can merge Data coming from different Input-NoteBooks as well!
For example the data coming from a NoteBook dedicated to the Money your family earns merged with the data coming from a Family-Expenses-Notebook to keep under control your family budget.

Brilliant
With the power of grouping-operations you can force Display-Notebooks to show you a summary of your data. For example if you collect numeric values you can setup Display-Notebooks to show those data as a sum of all record per day, per week, per month, per year and so on in very flexible way. You decide the time interval and Trace11 prepares the data for you with just 2 clicks. Different type of grouping operations are available: Sum, Append, Average, Maximum, Minimum, First value, Last value, Random value, Defined position.

Organized
Each notebook allows you to add as many pages as you need to better organize your Data-Containers .

Huge
Create as many TraceBases as you want. A TraceBase is a "Folder" where Trace11 organizes all your data. If you need to keep data separated and independent , for example Work-Stuff from Home-Stuff you can easily create a TraceBase for your Work, and another one for your Home-Stuff.
In this way data are kept separated and independent. There is not limit on how many TraceBases you can create. If you need you can import data from one to the other but only if you need.

Connected
You can Import and Export data easily so you can share them with your friends, colleagues, boyfriends/Girlfriend.
If your boyfriend, or girlfriend is far away you cold keep her/him up-to-date about you by sending your NoteBook records "My Daily Diary" with your images, videos, and feelings just to feel less alone.
If you have a competitor in sport you could exchange your sport-results with his sport-results in a sort of NoteBook-Competition by plotting on a chart your achievements with his achievements.

Capable
You can store videos, images, files of any size without any limit, if there is space on your hard disk Trace11 will not complain...

Easy
Simple to use, even a child can learn to use it in few minutes. No particular skills are required. If you are able to use the mouse and the keyboard you are ready to start. No need to learn any programme language at all.

Searchable
You can easily search and filter data stored directly on NooteBooks to get just what you need. With a powerful and detailed search engine.

Data can be easily organized in tree-like-structure to make it more meaningful and better organized inside NoteBooks.

Scientific
Numeric data can be easily plotted in chart or organized in tables with just few clicks. If you need you can perform calculations by building formulas.

Funny
You can use your web cam to record videos, useful for a video diary, snapshots, sounds and to record your computer screen as well.

You can easily get frames from you videos to study them in details, very useful in improving sports technique or just to get the expression of friends in funny situations.

Personalizable
You can hand-writing on each notebook to give a very personal touch.
