Extremely accurate OCR engine with an I/F Program (in VB5 source code included)

TOCR is now one of the most accurate OCR engines on the market and is the professionals' choice for accurate and reliable OCR solutions. It has been tested against the internationally recognised ISRI Database and accuracy was found to exceed the results of the well known, expensive, alternatives.

TOCR includes a highly accurate multi-language OCR Engine and a Viewer Program (written in VB 5) to load, manipulate OCR and view both bitmap and TIF files. It is available with free API as standard with both full and trial versions. Designed for integration, it is reliable, font independent and has maximum character word accuracy in 11 different languages. Example routines are provided in C, C/C++, C#, Visual Basic, VB.Net and Delphi. Available for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP and Vista.

TOCR is a no frills product with the accent being entirely on accuracy that works seamlessly alongside your existing software and doesn't automatically override your default applications. It has been integrated into thousands of third party applications worldwide to bring consistency and precision to their own in-house and commercial solutions.
