U5Me Free Edition Description

A simple movable chat tool that lets visitors to your website communicate with you in real-time

U5Me is a simple movable chat tool that lets visitors to your website communicate with your staff in real-time. Internet users to your website or posts simply click a U5Me button and are connected with one of your representatives. They can also input your U5Me URL in the browsers to open the chat window and chat with you. U5Me Pro can let you receive tickets from your visitors and make chat survey to manage your forums, blogs or questions from your internet users.

Features:

Offer your visitors choices to login and logoff the chat. You can choose to login to monitor chats, review prior chats, etc, without making yourself visible to answer chats, or choose to hide yourself as you login, showing you are offline.
Save all your chat sessions and reviews chats online.
Analyze your website's traffic from your visitor's data, such as location, operating system, language, browser, etc.
Auto accept calls from visitor.
Block IPs of some vicious visitors. When you block one visitor successfully, the number of vicious visitors who are blocked will be added and displayed in the tool bar.
Email Signature
Add a live chat button to your email signature in Outlook Express.
Unicode Support
Supply different language platforms of your choice, so you can meet the diverse needs of your visitors.
Screen Cupture
You can capture any screens and transfer them to whom you are chating with.

HTML Message Chat
Use HTML formatting in your text chat to change the fonts, adding links, adding images, etc.
Customizable Buttons
Upload images of chat buttons or create your own design, and use them for both online and offline buttons.
Visitor Contact
Query visitor's contact information by VID.
Typing Indicator
Display if visitor or operator is typing currently.
Spell Checker
Check your spelling when you are typing. Red wave lines appear under the misspelled words.
Push Images (WebPages)
Push images or web pages to visitor. Visitor can click the URL to browse.
Knowledge Base
Add and edit questions and solutions to a knowledge base, then store, sort and send them to visitors.
Canned Messages
Input and store your most frequently used messages and send them to users easily and without costly delays.
Support Ticket System
Answer questions from visitors who leave messages to the system when operators are off-line, and sort them to departments that visitors choose.
Personalized Banner/Logo
Upload your own images in the chat dialog box.
Skype to Phone
Support direct calls to visitors, if the visitors provide a phone number during a chat.
Chat Survey
Make surveys of chats, so operators can investigate visitors' questions or satisfaction levels.
Temp File Upload
Support visitors to send files to operators.
