UBS Point of Sale System Description

A PC-based comprehensive cash register specially designed for retail outlets

Design specially for businesses to manage a combination of rental and counter sales activities, it can register all transactions at check out counter by using a scanner or POS keyboard. It is able to provide up-to-date inventory level information, sales personnel performance analysis, loyalty program, peak customer period analysis, product versus margins analysis, and receivables analysis.

Comprehensive Billing
It provides complete information to the management detailing cashier counters, salespersons, product items, indicated POS counter and mode of payment.
At the maintenance level, you only need to assign unique code, description, and other required information for every cashier, salesperson, supervisor, credit card payment, group, category, items or counter.

Accurate Transaction
The transaction for every sales made is being captured accurately. The system also provides information on deposit into and withdrawal from you cash drawer, for you to compare actual cash amount from your cash drawer.
Payment receives cash change for customers and daily store taking is recorded and accurately maintained.

Information
Able to re-print cash receipt, print bar-code labels and view reports.

Generate reports
Able to generate reports, like cash sales receipts report, sales analysis report, salesperson performance report, and inventory report for management control. It ensures effective and efficient operations in an organization.
