UsefulRest Description

This applicaiton will ensure that you will regularly take pauses from your computer work to protect the eyes and health.

To prevent or to get rid ofpainful symptoms, computer users should take regular breaks from the computer. But its easy to forget about these short breaks, and just as easy to ignore various reminders we may have set up. To force oneself to take a break from the computer and get a little rest, exercise, or snack, it is best to block the computer screen during that time.

UsefulRest will help you to protect health, and to prevent Computer Vision Syndrome and RSI (repetitive strain injury), which can take many forms, from headaches, neck pain, eye strain, red eyes etc.

With UsefulRest you have the flexibility to configure work and rest intervals as well as the degree of blocking and security levels. Your computer workday will be much more pleasant, comfortable, and healthy.

This application will ensure that you will regularly take pauses from your computer work to protect the eyes and health.

* Forced interruption of computer work at a time set by the user
* Flexible configuration of parameters to satisfy of any user
* Option to start UsefulRest at Windows startup
* Restriction of access to other programs during breaks and micropauses
* Screen background during a break and micropause can be either black or translucent
* Break or micropause can be interrupted with a password at some security levels
* Delay a break for up to 10 minutes
* Option to begin a break immediately at any time outside of scheduled times
