VeriTime Time Tracker Pro Description

VeriTime enables you to keep accurate records of times spent on tasks.

How many times did you find yourself in a situation whereby you are charging your client less that what should really be because you cannot accurately account for the time you spent in working on their project?

Do you sometimes wonder where the day goes and that it feels you have not accomplished anything?

If these two questions sound familiar then maybe you need to keep track of your time better and this can easily be accomplished by using VeriTime Time Tracker! VeriTime Time Tracker is a desktop application that enables you to keep track of time spent in tasks. Task times can be tracked in real time or can be recorded after the task has ended.

Each task is assigned a category for better tracking of times. Each task is part of a project which belongs to a client. VeriTime allows you to record an unlimited number of clients and unlimited projects per client. Data can be exported into different formats such as .xls, .csv, .txt, etc. You have the option to include some or all of columns of a data table for download.

The reports can be previewed and saved in different formats as well. Aside from being able to save it the report headings can be customised and a company logo can also be included. It also includes a couple of special reports that you can generate and print for your client(s).

Using VeriTime to keep track of time on tasks can be one of the things that you need to do in order to be more productive and/or be able to charge your clients the correct amount. What are you waiting for?

Here are some of the notable features of VeriTime:

Multiple Clients - You can record an unlimited number of clients. This is useful for those who are in the consulting or freelancing business and have several clients at any given time.

Multiple Projects/Client - You can associate an unlimited number of projects or tasks to each client.

Unlimited Time Entries - An unlimited number of time entries can be recorded against a project or task.

Task Timer Interrupt - You can temporarily suspend or interrupt the recording of time for an task/activity for a more important task/activity that arises and needs your immediate attention.

Column Sort - You can sort the list using any of the displayed columns.

Column reordering - The columns can be reorganised i.e. moved from one location to another.

Auto-Resize Columns - Similar to Microsoft Excel, you can resize the columns by simply clicking on the boundary between two adjacent column titles.

Simple and Easy to Use User Interface - VeriTime's user interface is based on two ideas: simplicity and ease of use. It presents to you a consistent user interface throughout the application and avoids presenting information that is not currently needed.
