A small tool that will let you change the display language of Windows OS
April 27, 2015, 14:26 GMT
Vistalizator is a small but powerful application that will enable you to change the display language in Microsoft Windows operating systems. This tool does not work with the Ultimate editions of Windows. It can be used only in Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium and Business / Professional editions.
This tool can be highly useful in some cases. For example if someone buys a laptop or a computer from abroad and wishes to operate it in their native language (if this is not available or supported).
Vistalizator is simple and fast, allowing you to change the system's display language in less than five minute. This application uses the official Microsoft Windows language packs, but you can also download and install 36 MUI (Multilingual User Interface) and easily switch between them. On Windows Vista you can install 55 additional LIP languages, and on Windows 7 there are 59 additional LIP languages for download and use.
Vistalizator is UAC (User Account Control) compliant and needs administrative privileges to be run. The languages can be installed in two distinct modes: Express Mode or Internal Mode. The Speech Recognition feature is compatible with all the supported languages: French, German, Japanese, Chinese, English and Spanish. Vistalizator also supports command line operation.
Vistalizator requires an active Internet connection and is compatible with MS Windows Vista (Service Pack 1 & 2) and Windows 7 (Service Pack 1). It can be used on both 32-bit and 64-bit system architecture.
