WinDim - The smallest and most useful app in today

I made this problem to fix 1 problem thast been trobuling me.
Mainly living with a short attention span has made it hard to watch videos on sites that I cant full screen.
So i made this little app, I use it hotkey'd but you can do what ever.
it basicly takes two clicks of the spacebar. and where the mouse is give it the cordients to a rectangle.

Every thing else gets dimmed.
That simple
