WinPop Description

A Population Genetics software developed first with Visual Basic

WinPop is a Population Genetics software developed first with Visual Basic 3.0 and then translated to the more modern Visual Basic 6.0. Because of that WinPop is only available for Windows, but a Linux and even Mac versions are planned.

It has 8 different modules:

* Panmixia
* Allele and Genotype frequencies
* Assortative Matings
* Linkage Disequilibrium
* Selection
* Genetic Drift
* Mutation
* Gene Flow
